Grand Stands, Inc. warrants that all products sold hereunder to be free from defects in material or workmanship. Grand Stands, Inc. will provide replacement parts for the defective item free of charge within the U.S.A. This warranty extends to the original purchaser.

These are Grand Stands warranty periods by products under normal commercial usage, single shift, 40-hour week:

Ergonomic Accessories (excluding items listed with special warranty periods): Limited lifetime warranty.

LED Lighting: Three years from date of manufacture. LED power supply is warranted for a period of one year. Note that LED products are not field serviceable. In case a defect occurs during its warranty period, the product must be returned for repair or replacement.

Electric Table Base: Lifetime warranty on all metal parts. Five years on electrical parts.

Monitor Support Gas Cylinder: Two-year warranty.

These warranties do not apply to:

Normal wear and tear, to be expected over the course of ownership

Damage caused by shipping carrier, which will be handled under separate terms

Failures resulting from accident, misuse, neglect, modification

Damage attributable to Acts of Nature; and

Dervice by anyone other than authorized Grand Stands, Inc. personnel.

Grand Stands, Inc., shall not be liable for special, consequential, incidental, or punitive damages, including but not limited to: loss of goodwill, profits, revenue, loss of the use of this product, or any associated equipment, downtime costs, or claims resulting from the use of this product or arising from breach of the warranty contract.

Total liability of Grand Stands, Inc., shall not exceed the purchase price of the part upon such liability is based.

If product is found to be defective, within its warranty period, please contact GS customer service for a Return Authorization number.
